Fees to Landlords:

Full Management Fee:
10% (of the monthly rent)
Rent Collect Fee:
7.5% (of the monthly rent)
Annual Relet Fee for fully managed landlords:
£300
Annual Relet Fee for rent collect landlords:

Annual Compliance Fee paid on 1st May:
£300
Maintenance Arrangement Fee:
10% of the total contractor’s invoice received by Roman City
Rent Review:
£150 (Only applicable if a tenancy continues longer than 12 months.)
ADDITIONAL SERVICES AS REQUIRED

HMO Licencing Application:
Administrative service for arranging and preparing a new HMO application,
a variation or a renewal of a mandatory licence.
Emergency Contact Provision:
£70 pa + £50 call out fee per visit
It is a condition of an HMO licence that a local emergency contact is
provided. If required a member of Roman City staff will provide a 24 hour
emergency contact and call out service to landlords.
Inventory, Check In & Out:
TBA. At cost of provider
We work with a professional inventory company, local to the area and
experienced in dealing with student properties. They offer a combined
check out, inventory & check in package. Prices vary based on property
size and are charged at cost.
Although our aim is to take every care in managing the property, ROMAN CITY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LTD cannot accept responsibility for the non-payment of rent or other defaults by tenants, or any associated legal costs incurred in their collection. An insurance policy is highly recommended for this eventuality.
