Justin Davies - Director
Justin has been an estate agent for over 30 years and is the owner of Davies & Davies Estate Agents which opened in Wiltshire in 1989 and now has 4 offices locally. In 2018 he and his wife, Michele, bought the successfully established student letting business Roman City and have continued to build the student portfolio whilst also branching out into sales and professional letting in Bath. Justin now runs both businesses and is in the Bath office several times a week.
Michele Davies- Director
Michele is based in the Roman City office and has over 30 years experience in the property industry. She oversees the day to day running of the company and ensures that high standards of professionalism are maintained at all times. Always happy to help Michele enjoys dealing with landlords and tenants and is a great problem solver.
Paula Book - Office Manager
Paula runs the office at Roman City with great professionalism and efficiency. She is exceptionally knowledgeable on every aspect of letting having worked in the office for 13 years. She carries out valuations, meets with the council for licensing inspections, oversees new HMO applications and is responsible for managing the team and overseeing all aspects of the office.
Kayla Palethorpe - Maintenance Manager
Michaela heads up the maintenance team taking responsibility for organising necessary works and liaising with our team of contractors, ensuring that tenants are kept happy and properties are maintained in good order. Kayla also carries out inspections, viewings and tenant reassignments. Her cheerful attitude and calm demeanour are particularly appreciated by everyone she deals with.
Pauline Hudd - Accounts Manager
Any financial or accounting matters are ably dealt with by Pauline who has a wealth of experience in all aspects of lettings, Pauline regularly amazes us all with her exceptional memory for properties and tenants. Widely regarded as “unflappable” she is totally competent in any situation.
Chloe Middleton - Negotiator
Chloe joined Roman City in 2018 and assists Kayla with the maintenance, updates our website, carries out property inspections and is responsible for arranging all safety checks and compliance procedures. Having previously worked in early years education she is particularly patient, a good listener, kind and friendly.
Nancy Davey - Administrator
Nancy works part time in the office and, as a landlady herself is very familiar with all aspects of student letting. Nancy is supremely organised and unfailingly efficient and carries out the majority of the admin in the office and assists Susan with the accounts.
