Michele is based in the Roman City office and has over 30 years experience in the property industry. She oversees the day to day running of the company and ensures that high standards of professionalism are maintained at all times. Always happy to help Michele enjoys dealing with landlords and tenants and is a great problem solver.

Justin Davies - Owner/Director

Justin has been an estate agent for over 30 years and is the owner of Davies & Davies Estate Agents which opened in Wiltshire in 1989 and now has 4 offices locally. In 2018 he and his wife, Michele, bought the successfully established student letting business Roman City and have continued to build the student portfolio whilst also branching out into sales and professional letting in Bath. Justin now runs both businesses and is in the Bath office several times a week.

Sam Jeffreys - Branch Manager

Sam offers unequitable knowledge of the property industry in both lettings and sales. He believes in providing exceptional training and development of his team to ensure they are fully equipped to provide our clients with the best possible service. Sam is responsible for overseeing the Roman City operation, whilst continuing to grow the business and specialises in on-boarding new landlords, developers and portfolio clients.

Chloe Middleton - Assistant Branch Manager

Chloe joined Roman City in 2018 and has excelled in her role having joined as a negotiator and now assists the branch manager with day to day operations. Chloe oversees the compliance operations for our substantial managed portfolio, ensuring that all legislation is adhered too. Chloe possesses excellent customer service skills and strives on providing high standard accommodation for our student network. The knowledge and experience that Chloe provides makes her an invaluable member of the team.

Kirsty Mead - Maintenance Manager

Kirsty is a highly experienced Maintenance Manager with over 10 years experience in the industry. She has exceptional knowledge to overcome any situation raised by our tenants. Kirsty will always go above and beyond to ensure an issue is rectified immediately, and is a real asset to the team.

Paula Book - Senior Valuer

Paula is paramount to building and maintaining strong working relationships with our clients in her front facing role in the office at Roman City and offers great professionalism and efficiency. She is exceptionally knowledgeable on every aspect of letting having worked in the office for 13 years. She carries out valuations, meets with the council for licensing inspections, oversees new HMO applications and is responsible for ensuring both landlords and tenants are happy as well as continuing to push the new business aspect of the business.

Hayley Wyatt- Senior Property Manager

Hayley offers over 13 years experience within the Bath market and handles HMO compliance, conducts viewings, inspections and writing of contracts. She is an excellent all rounder and a real problem solver along with an in-depth knowledge of the industry.

Pauline Hudd - Accounts Manager

Any financial or accounting matters are ably dealt with by Pauline who has a wealth of experience in all aspects of lettings. Pauline regularly amazes us all with her exceptional memory for properties and tenants. Widely regarded as “unflappable” she is totally competent in any situation.

Ellie Davies - Office Administrator

Ellie plays an important role in providing administrative support across the office departments. Her efficiency and organisation ensures that the business hits its seasonal targets.

Nancy Davy - Administrator

Nancy works part time in the office and, as a landlady herself is very familiar with all aspects of student letting. Nancy is supremely organised and unfailingly efficient and carries out the majority of the admin in the office and assists Pauline with the accounts.

Barney Hellon - Lettings Negotiator

Barney joined the Roman City team during 2022 due to continued growth of the business. Barney offers a fantastic enthusiasm for the industry and provides a calming nature along with excellent matching skills to ensure our applicants end up becoming tenants in our properties.

Talitha Bridges - Property Manager

Talitha (Tilly) joined Roman City in 2022 having worked in a corporate environment. She assists Kirsty in the maintenance department ensuring that reported maintenance through Fixflo is handled efficiently. She provides a calming nature to the office.
