Michele is based in the Roman City office and has over 30 years experience in the property industry. She oversees the day to day running of the company and ensures that high standards of professionalism are maintained at all times. Always happy to help Michele enjoys dealing with landlords and tenants and is a great problem solver.

Justin Davies - Owner/Director

Justin has been an estate agent for over 30 years and is the owner of Davies & Davies Estate Agents which opened in Wiltshire in 1989 and now has 4 offices locally. In 2018 he and his wife, Michele, bought the successfully established student letting business Roman City and have continued to build the student portfolio whilst also branching out into sales and professional letting in Bath. Justin now runs both businesses and is in the Bath office several times a week.

Chloe Middleton - Branch Manager

Chloe joined Roman City in 2018 and has excelled in her role resulting in her promotion to her current role of Branch Manager. Chloe possesses excellent customer service skills and is totally committed to ensuring that landlords and tenants receive an exemplary, personal service. Chloe takes responsibility for managing the team and ensures that the portfolio remains fully compliant with ever changing legislation.

Kirsty Mead - Maintenance Manager

Kirsty is a highly experienced Property Manager with over 10 years’ experience in the industry. She has exceptional knowledge to overcome any situation raised by our tenants. Kirsty will always go above and beyond to ensure an issue is rectified promptly, and is a real asset to the team and to the landlords in her portfolio.

Paula Book - Senior Valuer

Paula is paramount to building and maintaining strong working relationships with our clients in her front facing role in the office at Roman City and offers great professionalism and efficiency. She is exceptionally knowledgeable on every aspect of letting having worked in the office for 18 years. She carries out valuations, meets with the council for licensing inspections, oversees re-let and ensures landlords’ yields are maximised.

Hayley Wyatt- Senior Property Manager

Hayley offers over 15 years experience within the student market and is a highly valued member of the property management team. She conducts interim property inspections and oversees necessary upkeep and improvements. Her knowledge of household maintenance is extensive and she has a keen eye for detail which enables her to provide reliable solutions to landlords and tenants.

Pauline Hudd - Accounts Manager

Any financial or accounting matters are ably dealt with by Pauline who has a wealth of experience and knowledge. Her composure and competence in any situation ensures that all rents are received promptly, and landlords are always paid on time. Pauline also oversees all deposit protection and repayments.

Ellie Davies - Office Administrator

Ellie plays an important role in providing administrative support across the office departments. Her efficiency and organisation ensures that systems are maintained and procedures are correctly followed. Ellie also assists Pauline with invoicing and accounts.

Nancy Davy - Administrator

Nancy works in the office part time and, as a landlady herself, is very familiar with all aspects of student letting. Supremely organised and unfailingly efficient, Nancy takes responsibility for HMO licence applications and arranging any works/compliance requested by B&NES council.

Amy Langdon - Lettings Negotiator

Amy has recently joined the Roman City team having gained 7 years’ experience in a letting agency in Bristol. She works alongside Paula in the lettings team, arranging and conducting viewings, preparing contracts, inputting information and updating our software system. Amy also manages maintenance for some of our portfolio landlords, and is a friendly and approachable member of the team.

Kayla Palethorpe - Senior Property Manager

Kayla is responsible for all aspects of maintenance within her portfolio. She has become very familiar with her properties and can provide expert advice and troubleshooting tools to ensure a swift resolution to any issues found. Her close working relationship with our team of contractors ensures that landlords receive cost effective solutions and properties are well maintained.
