Kayla is responsible for overseeing Property Management across the student portfolio. Having worked at Roman City for nine years she has impressive knowledge of the properties and has built strong relationships with our landlords. The experience she has gained in maintenance matters enables her to regularly troubleshoot and resolve issues without having to instruct contractors unnecessarily therefore reducing costs to landlords. Kayla’s ability to streamline operations, efficiently organise works and provide appropriate advice ensures landlords’ properties are well maintained and looked after.
